The Role
As part of our continued growth, we are looking to expand our team of Property Care Technicians across the UK. You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of property preservation and repair works, with travel required within the Plymouth region.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct damp and timber treatments including dry rot, woodworm, and damp proofing.
- Carry out waterproofing installations and associated first and second fix joinery work.
- Complete general plastering tasks as required.
- Ensure all works are completed to the highest standard, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain excellent customer service and represent the Timberwise brand professionally on every project.
Skills And Experience
- Proven skills in plastering and/or joinery.
- A proactive and self‑motivated approach with the ability to plan and manage their own workload.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A valid CSCS card.
- NVQ Level 2 qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in the preservation industry is desirable but full training will be provided.

Working Hours And Benefits
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (with occasional out‑of‑hours or weekend work paid as overtime)
