We are now looking for a full-time Customer Services Team Member to join our fantastic team at our
Head Office in
Northwich, Cheshire.
As a Customer Service Team Member your role will include
- First point of contact for our customers
- Handling of customer calls
- Responding to internet queries
- Management of surveyor’s diaries
- Typing reports
- Administrative duties to include invoicing and taking payments
- Effectively planning and prioritising workload.
