The Role
As part of our continued growth, we are looking to expand our team of
Property Care Technicians across the UK. You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of property preservation and repair works, with travel required throughout the
London area.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct damp and timber treatments including dry rot, woodworm, and damp proofing.
- Carry out waterproofing installations and associated first and second fix joinery work.
- Complete general plastering tasks as required.
- Ensure all works are completed to the highest standard, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain excellent customer service and represent the Timberwise brand professionally on every project.
Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone who has
- Proven skills in plastering and/or joinery .
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to plan and manage their own workload.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A valid
CSCS card .
NVQ Level 2 qualification
(or equivalent).
- Previous experience in the preservation industry is desirable but full training will be provided .

Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a. m. -5:00 p. m. (with occasional out-of-hours or weekend work paid as overtime)

Competitive, based on experience and skill level
