Timberwise is seeking a Full-Time Preservation Pre-purchase and Condensation Surveyor to cover Cheltenham and surrounding areas, with travel across the region. You will conduct face-to-face surveys, diagnose defects, and act as a technical liaison for remedies.
Ideal candidates should have timber and dampness survey experience, building construction knowledge, strong communication, and contract/site management experience. CSTDB or CSDV qualifications are preferred; in-house training is provided.
