Driven Recruitment Consultants can become Managing Consultants within 4 years earning four times what a Graduate Recruitment Consultant does in basic salary alone. - Sourcing new candidates through networking, research and headhunting
- Assessing candidates experience, arranging interviews and managing interview processes
