London £24,000 basic salary + uncapped commission. 1st Year OTE £40,000.

We are working with one of the world’s leading legal and compliance recruitment businesses with offices in Germany, Italy, Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney, Melbourne and London. Since 1989, they have built strong relationships with the world’s leading law firms, from Magic and Silver Circle to the top 100 international practices, as well as top FTSE 100 and 250 businesses in banking & finance and commerce & industry. They regularly place lawyers at all levels from newly qualified to Partners and General Counsel.

They are looking to expand their London office by hiring ambitious and driven graduates as recruitment consultants. Our client’s reputation is built on the performance of specialist teams of recruiters who pride themselves on providing honest, professional and effective advice to clients and candidates alike across Europe, The Middle East, Asia, Australia, Offshore locations and bespoke assignments in New York and the US. With localised teams, their legal recruitment consultants are able to provide highly detailed knowledge on their respective markets and provide comprehensive information on the job market, current trends and salary expectations.

As our client continues to expand we are now seeking talented and ambitious trainee recruitment consultants to join our already successful graduate scheme.

You will need:

  • A degree from a top university, ideally 2.1 or above
  • A desire to develop your career in recruitment within a highly professional, dynamic environment
  • The ability to be highly organised and motivated with the determination to add value and contribute to a highly successful and close-knit team
