We are hiring a motivated 2025 or 2026 graduate as a Legal Resourcer to join a global leader in legal search and recruitment! As a Legal Resourcer, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging top legal talent while supporting recruitment consultants on search assignments for leading law firms and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Talent Mapping
- Identify and engage high-quality legal professionals through a variety of sourcing techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with legal candidates
- Develop a network of legal professionals across key markets
- Candidate Screening
- Review CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Assess candidate suitability, experience and career motivations
- Provide insights to consultants on candidate profiles and market activity
- Search & Recruitment Support
- Assist consultants with interview coordination and candidate communication
- Manage candidate feedback throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update the internal database
- Market Insight
- Stay informed about trends in the legal recruitment market
- Share insights with consultants and clients on talent availability and market movements
Requirements
- 2025 Graduate Degree in Law or experience in the legal sector desirable but not essential
- Previous experience in sales, networking, or client-facing roles preferred
