We are hiring a motivated 2025 or 2026 graduate as a Legal Resourcer to join a global leader in legal search and recruitment! This role is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in recruitment, legal markets, and relationship building. As a Legal Resourcer, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging top legal talent while supporting recruitment consultants on search assignments for leading law firms and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing & Talent Mapping
    • Identify and engage high-quality legal professionals through a variety of sourcing techniques
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with legal candidates
    • Develop a network of legal professionals across key markets
  • Candidate Screening
    • Review CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
    • Assess candidate suitability, experience and career motivations
    • Provide insights to consultants on candidate profiles and market activity
  • Search & Recruitment Support
    • Assist consultants with interview coordination and candidate communication
    • Manage candidate feedback throughout the recruitment process
    • Maintain accurate candidate records and update the internal database
  • Market Insight
    • Stay informed about trends in the legal recruitment market
    • Share insights with consultants and clients on talent availability and market movements

Requirements

  • 2025 Graduate Degree in Law or experience in the legal sector desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience in sales, networking, or client-facing roles preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
