Overview: Our client, one of the world's largest executive search firms founded in 1977, with 75 offices in 48 countries, is seeking two Graduate Researchers to join their team. The firm advises influential organizations on leadership placement across various industries including Life Sciences, Industrial, Energy & Infrastructure, and Financial Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist consultants in preparing client presentations.
  • Support in attending client meetings to help construct briefs.
  • Identify top candidate profiles and assess their suitability.
  • Build candidate shortlists.
  • Organize candidate interviews and manage documentation.
  • Support administrative tasks and meeting organization.

Candidate Profile:

  • Undergraduate degree (preferably 2:1 or higher).
  • Degrees in Life Sciences or Business are highly desirable.
