Overview

Join Timberland (VF family) Ashford Outlet Kent as a part‑time Sales Specialist (30h). Provide a memorable shopping experience to customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver highest level of customer service and treat all customers with respect.
• Develop thorough product knowledge and share it with junior associates.
• Act as a buddy to new starters and support onboarding.
• Maintain merchandising standards and follow brand guidelines.
• Keep up to date with current trends and brand positioning.
• Follow operational procedures in store and stock room.
• Support management with opening/closing processes as needed.

Qualifications

• Passionate about fashion, retail and the Timberland brand.
• At least 1 year experience on a fast‑paced shop floor (fashion/lifestyle).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (other language a plus).
• Positive can‑do attitude and flexible to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Live and demonstrate guiding principles: Integrity, Courage, Curiosity, Empathy, Persevere.
