The Role: The Sales Manager for the UK & MENA will handle overall responsibility for promotional and marketing plans in order to deliver sales and represent brand internationally. The role’s purpose will be to grow revenue through effective distributor management, market expansion, and development of new business opportunities. Additionally, to deliver high-value training and consultancy services in data science, econometrics, qualitative & quantitative research, and forecasting, helping clients and distributor partners build analytical, commercial, and market insights capabilities.

The role will require that you are responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key customers, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, as well as post-sale activities to guarantee continued success.

The successful candidate will be based in our office in Kew Gardens, and will travel regularly to the Middle East, USA and around the UK to conduct customer and new business meetings, attend customer events and relevant conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with key accounts and strategic target accounts.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for key accounts, regularly meeting in person and virtually.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
  • Organise demos with customers, prospecting to potential accounts and promotional plans, identify and pitch for new business and opportunities.
