Experience / Knowledge / Skills required

  • Operate and maintain spray painting equipment, including spray guns and booths.
  • Inspect finished doors for flaws, such as drips, streaks, or uneven coating.
  • Make touch‑ups or corrections as needed to meet quality standards.
  • Verify that colours and finishes match specifications.
  • Maintain and clean painting equipment regularly to ensure functionality.

Experience: Carpentry: 3 years (preferred). Paint Sprayer required to spray high quality wood windows, doors, and other wooden items to a high standard with a water‑based paint system. Previous experience with air assisted airless gun would be advantageous but all training will be given as part of the job. A knowledge of wood products would also be helpful but not essential. Applicants must be self‑motivated and able to work on their own or as part of a team. Work remotely. Spray shop experience with traditional joinery (preferred).
