We are seeking a commercially astute graduate looking to establish their career working on high-value projects with an exciting company providing bespoke joinery to a range of high-end commercial clients. This is an ideal role for an individual with training/qualification in estimating, quantity surveying or project management. Training and support available from day 1 to ensure you successfully onboard into our business.
Role Responsibilities:
- Estimating costs and preparing quotations for each element of a project ensuring that budget and design briefs are adhered to at all times.
- Produce tender and quotation proposals along with relevant financial and supporting descriptive information.
- Manage and review the tender and quotation process to ensure the company is developing opportunities on an ongoing basis while being proactive in developing relationships with potential clients.
- A commercially astute and proactive communicator able to be adept at being the interface between the prospective client, the business and all relevant suppliers.
- Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications and tender documentation in order to scope out quotations.
- Able to demonstrate financial acumen.
- To be organised and methodical with information and able to follow company processes.
- Able to create the project pack on approval of a client quotation and brief to internal departments.
