We’re looking to offer an opportunity to a school leaver who is interested in getting into the engineering and steel industry.
Seeking a motivated school leaver to join our team in a hands‑on Labourer position, with the opportunity to progress into anEngineering Fabrication (Trade) Level 4 – Steel Construction apprenticeship for the right applicant.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a good work ethic and reliable attitude
- Enjoys practical, hands‑on work
- Is keen to learn and develop new skills
- Is interested in engineering, fabrication or construction
- Is willing to get stuck in and be part of a small team
- No previous trade experience is required. We’re more interested in finding the right person with the attitude and willingness to learn.
Start date:Flexible, but commencing before the end of 2026.
