Your key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining food preparation and storage areas according to Health & Safety standards
  • Carrying out temperature checks and recording results
  • Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
  • Adhering to standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
  • Following performance standards and shift manager instructions
  • Understanding and contributing to the restaurant’s goals and targets
  • Keeping operational and kitchen areas clean, stocked, and organized
  • Reporting work-related incidents or injuries promptly
  • Following safety procedures, including wearing PPE when instructed
