As a Restaurant Team Member, you will create exceptional guest experiences, whether by greeting guests, serving, or preparing bakery items. Your energy and passion for guest service will make you a top team member in this fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining food preparation and storage areas according to health & safety standards
  • Carrying out temperature checks and recording results
  • Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
  • Following standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
  • Adhering to restaurant performance standards and shift manager instructions
  • Contributing to the restaurant's goals and targets
  • Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed cleanliness and comfort expectations
  • Reporting work-related incidents or injuries promptly
  • Following safety procedures and wearing PPE when required
