Your key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers with a smile and being genuinely friendly
- Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a Manager
- Ensuring food preparation and storage meet Health & Safety standards
- Carrying out temperature checks and recording results
- Completing cleaning schedules as per guidelines
- Maintaining quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
- Following restaurant performance standards and shift manager instructions
- Contributing to the restaurant’s goals and targets
- Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness, including restocking
- Reporting work-related incidents, near misses, injuries, or illnesses promptly
- Following procedures and safety instructions, including wearing PPE when required
