Your key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers with a smile and genuine friendliness
- Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a Manager
- Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and maintained according to Health & Safety standards
- Carrying out temperature checks and recording results
- Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Maintaining standards for food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
- Adhering to restaurant performance standards and shift manager instructions
- Understanding and contributing to the restaurant's goals and targets
- Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer expectations, including restocking
- Reporting work-related incidents, near misses, injuries, and illnesses promptly
- Following procedures and wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required
