Your key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming customers with a smile and genuine friendliness
  • Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service
  • Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a Manager
  • Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and maintained according to Health & Safety standards
  • Carrying out temperature checks and recording results
  • Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
  • Maintaining standards for food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
  • Adhering to restaurant performance standards and shift manager instructions
  • Understanding and contributing to the restaurant's goals and targets
  • Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer expectations, including restocking
  • Reporting work-related incidents, near misses, injuries, and illnesses promptly
  • Following procedures and wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required
