As a Restaurant Team Member, you will provide and create exceptional guest experiences. Whether greeting guests or preparing bakery items, your energy and passion for guest service will make you a top team member in this fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
  • Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers
  • Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a Manager
  • Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and served according to Health & Safety and Audit standards
  • Carrying out temperature checks and recording results as per company procedures
  • Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per the cleaning chart
  • Following standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
  • Adhering to restaurant performance standards and shift manager instructions
  • Being aware of and contributing towards the restaurant\’s goals and targets
  • Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer expectations, including restocking workstations
  • Reporting all work-related near misses, injuries, and illnesses promptly
  • Following correct procedures and instructions, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required
