Your key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times.
  • Delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers.
  • Attempting to resolve simple customer inquiries and referring difficult ones to a Manager.
  • Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and the preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards.
  • Carrying out temperature checks and recording them as per company process.
  • Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per the cleaning chart.
  • Following standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation.
  • Adhering to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and shift manager directions.
  • Being aware of the restaurant's goals and targets to contribute towards achieving them.
  • Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness, comfort, and convenience expectations, including restocking workstations.
  • Reporting all work-related near misses, injuries, and illnesses promptly.
  • Following correct procedures and instructions, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when instructed.
