The Deal
Salary £13.37 per hour + performance related bonus opportunities.
The Growth: We are constantly growing. Today you're a Shift Manager; tomorrow you could be a Store Manager or part of another key department within Tim Hortons.

- Experience: You have run a busy shift in a restaurant, coffee shop, QSR or worked in a business where you’ve managed a team of people.
- Energy: You don't hide in the office. You’re on the floor, leading your team from the front.
