Tim Hortons is expanding across the UK and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Restaurant Shift / Floor Managers. With a strong presence in Canada and over 5,000 restaurants worldwide, we serve over 2 billion cups of coffee annually and plan to open hundreds more in the UK over the next decade.

Key Responsibilities
As a Shift / Floor Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager with:
- Customer Service: Lead by example, prioritize customer experience, manage staff schedules, and ensure operational efficiency.
- People Management: Encourage team suggestions, provide performance feedback, set goals, and foster a respectful, inclusive environment.
- Driving Sales: Understand sales trends, merchandise products effectively, coach upselling, and identify improvement areas.
- Operations: Manage KPIs such as sales and safety standards, oversee stock, equipment maintenance, opening/closing procedures, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
Key Requisites
- Previous experience in restaurant management.
- Flexible, disciplined, and team-oriented approach.
- Food environment experience is a plus but not essential.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
