Your Role

As the Restaurant Manager, you will:

  • Lead by example, mentor, coach and develop your team so they feel supported and proud to wear the Tim Hortons uniform
  • Deliver amazing guest experiences from the first hello to the last goodbye
  • Run the restaurant like it’s yours, manage daily operations, sales, customer satisfaction, stock, and shift planning
