Your Key Responsibilities as a Restaurant Team Member include:
- Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly
- Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a manager
- Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and maintained according to health and safety standards
- Carrying out temperature checks and recording them as per company procedures
- Completing cleaning schedules daily and weekly
- Maintaining quality, speed, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
- Adhering to performance standards for stations and shift instructions
- Contributing to the restaurant’s goals and targets
- Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed cleanliness and comfort expectations, including restocking
- Reporting work-related incidents, near misses, injuries, and illnesses promptly
- Following procedures and wearing PPE when instructed
