Your Key Responsibilities as a Restaurant Team Member include:

• Welcoming customers with a smile and genuine friendliness
• Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a manager
• Ensuring food is prepared and stored according to health and safety standards
• Carrying out temperature checks and recording results
• Completing cleaning schedules as per the chart
• Maintaining quality, speed, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
• Following performance standards and shift manager instructions
• Contributing to the restaurant\’s goals and targets
• Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed cleanliness and comfort expectations, including restocking
• Reporting any work-related incidents or injuries promptly
• Following safety procedures and wearing PPE when instructed
