Your Key Responsibilities as a Restaurant Team Member include:

  • Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
  • Delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers
  • Attempting to resolve simple customer inquiries and referring difficult ones to a Manager
  • Ensuring food is prepared and stored according to Health & Safety standards
  • Carrying out temperature checks and recording them as per company process
  • Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per cleaning chart
  • Following standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
  • Adhering to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and shift manager directions
  • Being aware of the restaurant’s goals and targets and contributing towards achieving them
  • Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer expectations, including restocking workstations
  • Reporting all work-related near misses, injuries, and illnesses promptly
  • Following correct procedures and instructions, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when instructed
