Your Key Responsibilities as a Restaurant Team Member include:
- Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
- Delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers
- Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a manager
- Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and maintained according to health and safety standards
- Carrying out temperature checks and recording results as per company procedures
- Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Following standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
- Adhering to restaurant performance standards and shift manager instructions
- Staying aware of the restaurant's goals and targets to contribute towards achieving them
- Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer expectations, including restocking
- Reporting work-related incidents, injuries, or illnesses promptly
- Following procedures and instructions, including wearing PPE when required
