As a Restaurant Team Member, you will provide and create exceptional guest experiences. Whether you are the first person our guests encounter or produce the bakery items they love, your energy and passion for guest service will make you a top team member in this fast-paced environment.

To apply for the position of Restaurant Team Member, you should be a positive team player with previous customer service experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, a strong focus on the customer, and flexibility to work various hours (including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends) are essential.

Your Key Responsibilities as a Restaurant Team Member include:

  • Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
  • Delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers
  • Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a Manager
  • Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and the preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards
  • Carrying out temperature checks and recording them as per company procedures
  • Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per the cleaning chart
  • Following standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
  • Adhering to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and shift manager instructions
  • Being aware of the restaurant's goals and targets to contribute effectively
  • Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer expectations for cleanliness, comfort, and convenience, including restocking workstations
  • Reporting all work-related near misses, injuries, and illnesses promptly
  • Following correct procedures and instructions, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required
