Your Key Responsibilities as a Restaurant Team Member include:

  • Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly
  • Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service
  • Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a Manager
  • Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and maintained according to Health & Safety standards
  • Carrying out temperature checks and recording results
  • Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
  • Maintaining quality, speed, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
  • Adhering to performance standards for stations and shifts
  • Being aware of and working towards restaurant goals and targets
  • Maintaining operational areas to exceed cleanliness and comfort expectations
  • Reporting work-related incidents promptly
  • Following procedures and wearing PPE when instructed
