Overview
Restaurant Team Member at Tim Hortons UK & Ireland Ltd. Location: DD4 7RF. Salary: Hourly paid. Job Type: Full-time and Part Time available. Tim Hortons is expanding across the UK and we need brilliant people to join the team. We put customers at the forefront of everything we do and are looking for outgoing Restaurant Team Members to join on a permanent basis to ensure an exceptional brand.
As a Restaurant Team Member, you will provide and create exceptional guest experiences. Whether you are the first person our guests encounter or you help produce the best loved bakery items that our guests enjoy, your energy and passion for guest service will make you a top team member in this fast-paced environment. You will be a positive team player with previous customer service experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You should possess excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus and have the flexibility to work a range of hours (including early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends).

Responsibilities
- Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
- Delivering fast, friendly and accurate service to all customers
- Attempting to resolve simple customer enquiries and referring difficult enquiries to a Manager
- Ensuring food is prepared and stored and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards
- Carrying out temperature checks and recording as per company process
- Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per cleaning chart
- Following critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation
- Adhering to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and per shift manager directions
- Being aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant and ensuring actions contribute towards achieving them
- Maintaining operational & kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness, comfort & convenience expectations including restocking of workstations
- Reporting all work-related near misses, injuries and illnesses as soon as possible
- Following correct procedures and wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when instructed
