We put the customers at the forefront of everything we do and we are currently looking for outgoing Restaurant Team Members to join the team on a permanent basis. In return you will be rewarded with an hourly rate in line with the National Minimum Wage and the opportunity to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
  • Delivering fast, friendly and accurate service to all customers
  • Attempt to resolve simple customer enquiries and refer difficult enquiries to a Manager
  • Ensure food is prepared, stored and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and audit standards
  • Carry out temperature checks and record as per company process
  • Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per cleaning chart
  • Follow critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation
  • Adhere to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and as per shift manager directions
  • Be aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant so your actions contribute towards achieving them
  • Maintain operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness, comfort and convenience expectations, including restocking of workstations
  • Report all work‑related near‑misses, injuries and illnesses as soon as possible
  • Follow correct procedures and reasonable instructions, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) when instructed

Qualifications

  • Positive team player with previous customer service experience in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on the customer
  • Flexibility to work a range of hours, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
