Tim Hortons is expanding across the UK and needs brilliant people to help enhance our brand. With over 5,000 quick‑service restaurants worldwide and plans to open hundreds more in the next decade, we put the customer at the centre of everything we do. We are looking for outgoing Restaurant Team Members to join on a permanent basis, earning an hourly rate in line with National Minimum Wage and the chance to grow into a glorious career.

As a Restaurant Team Member, you will provide and create exceptional guest experiences. Whether you are the first person guests encounter or produce the best‑loved bakery items, your energy and passion for service will make you a top team member in this fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
  • Delivering fast, friendly and accurate service to all customers
  • Attempting to resolve simple customer enquiries and referring difficult ones to a manager
  • Ensuring food is prepared, stored and preparation areas are maintained according to health & safety and audit standards
  • Carrying out temperature checks and recording as per company process
  • Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per cleaning chart
  • Following critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation
  • Adhering to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and following shift‑manager directions
  • Being aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant, contributing to their achievement
  • Maintaining operational & kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness, comfort & convenience expectations, including restocking workstations
  • Reporting all work‑related near misses, injuries and illnesses promptly
  • Following correct procedures and reasonable instructions, including wearing personal protective equipment when instructed

Qualifications

Positive team player with previous customer service experience in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication skills, strong focus on the customer and flexibility to work a range of hours, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
