Restaurant Team Member role at Tim Hortons UK & Ireland Ltd.
Tim Hortons is expanding across the UK and we need brilliant people like you to help us. We put the customers at the forefront of everything that we do, and we are currently looking for outgoing Restaurant Team Members to join the team on a permanent basis to ensure that we continue to have an exceptional brand. As a Restaurant Team Member, you will provide and create exceptional guest experiences. Whether you are the very first person our guests encounter or produce the best loved bakery items that our guests have come to enjoy, your energy and passion for guest service is what will make you a top team member in this fast-paced environment.

You will possess excellent communication skills with a strong focus on the customer and be flexible to work a range of hours (including early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends).

Key responsibilities
- Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
- Delivering fast, friendly and accurate service to all customers
- Attempt to resolve simple customer enquiries and refer difficult enquiries to a Manager
- Ensure food is prepared and stored and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards
- Carry out temperature checks and record as per company process
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per cleaning chart
- Follow critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation
- Adhere to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and as per shift manager directions
- Be aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant and contribute towards achieving them
- Maintain operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness, comfort and convenience expectations including the restocking of workstations
- Report all work-related near misses, injuries and illnesses as soon as possible
- Follow correct procedures and reasonable instructions including wearing PPE when instructed
