Key Responsibilities

  • Driving Sales: Understand sales trends, merchandise products correctly, coach upselling, and seek continuous improvement.
  • Operations: Monitor KPIs, manage stock and equipment, oversee opening/closing procedures, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and work flexible shifts.
