As the Creative Marketing Manager, you will need a proven record of accomplishment in driving multi‑channel marketing programs. You will be responsible for supporting marketing strategies and initiatives, and supporting the Head of Marketing with department briefs for all key strategies. You will need to apply strong interpersonal skills to engage and motivate the marketing team to deliver marketing activities, campaigns and collaborations, and build customer engagement to increase brand awareness and drive sales. The role will require working closely with the marketing team and the TH operations team to ensure all marketing campaigns align with the core brand message.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for owning and tracking the critical path for all creative requests.
- Improve lead times by one campaign period.
- Managing the production of printed materials and design of artwork for national and local campaigns, including offline and online, including assets for delivery partners.
- Reduce spend.
- Ensuring consistency with brand and campaign guidelines across all communications and artwork.
- Assume responsibility for overseeing key agencies, briefing, budgets, etc.
- Communicating regularly with the wider support and operations teams, including regular briefs concerning new activities or campaigns, to ensure they are executed to a consistently high standard across all restaurants.
- Manage organisation and filing of final deliverables.
- A clear and timely process has been developed for files.
- Responsible for running the production of various types of shoots (still and video content – campaign, social, e‑comm, pack, etc.), delivering different formats of assets for all marketing and social communication channels - Website, Instagram, YouTube, Red Book, TikTok, out‑of‑home (OOH) and other marketing placements.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to clarify shoot plans and necessary deliverables.
- Agree shoot budgets and manage approval process with COO and founder (where applicable).
- Deliver cost saving changes.
- Work with internal teams on securing product samples for shoots.
- Deliver creative for Delivery Partners, support testing marketing offers and growth opportunities, both locally and nationally.
- Liaise on International guidelines and advice.
- Regular meetings with RBI, positive feedback from RBI to manager.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Psychology, Communications, Advertising, or a Business Management related subject.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing role.
- Fluent level of both spoken and written English. Advantageous but not required.
- Qualification from the Institute of Data and Marketing Key requisites.

- Confidence to use initiative.
- A positive and approachable manner.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritise.
