Your Mission 🫵

As a Senior Account Executive, your goal is simple: bring incredible fashion sellers to Tilt. Whether it’s emerging brands, independent boutiques, or live-selling influencers, you’ll connect them with our platform and help them thrive.

You\’ll be part of a fast-paced team that’s scaling quickly. Expect autonomy, creative freedom, and a direct impact on Tilt’s growth—especially in our booming womenswear and menswear categories.

What You\’ll Do đź‘· ♀️

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle—from sourcing high-potential sellers to closing and onboarding them onto Tilt.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of indie brands, retailers, and live-selling creators across fashion categories.
  • Craft personalized pitches and strategic proposals that speak to each seller’s brand and potential on Tilt.
  • Develop and maintain long-term partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor to help sellers thrive post-onboarding.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Community teams to support seller success and inform platform improvements.
  • Leverage Hubspot and other tools to track pipeline activity, report on performance, and forecast revenue.

Requirements đź“‹

  • Account Management Expertise: Experience managing and growing client relationships, ideally in fashion, e-commerce, or creator-led platforms.
  • Sales Execution: Proven ability to close deals, exceed revenue targets, and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding.
  • Fashion & Live Shopping Savvy: Strong understanding of fashion trends, influencer culture, and the dynamics of live commerce.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify high-potential sellers and develop tailored strategies to onboard and grow their presence on Tilt.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Persuasive and confident communicator—able to pitch, present, and build rapport with a variety of seller types.
  • CRM & Reporting Proficiency: Comfortable using Hubspot (or similar tools) to manage pipeline, track progress, and report on key sales metrics.
