About Tilt 🛸Tilt’s mission is simple: Make Commerce Alive. From static store website builders to impersonal marketplaces, today's ecosystem is aging fast. It was built for transactional experiences, not for the new generation of merchants who grow through attention, community and personality. In the UK alone, millions of shoppers, from sneakerheads and Y2K girlies to collectors and parents, have signed up to Tilt. Our platform has helped sellers go from zero to £1M+ in earnings, and hundreds more earn above the UK median income. And we are just getting started.

Your Mission 🫵 As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be in charge of our most important partnerships and relationships. This role requires a self-starter with expertise in building impactful long-term relationships, and a passion for fashion and live shopping. You’ll be responsible for collaborating with the most influential and impactful partners—from influencers to retailers—to ensure Tilt's growth.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will:

  • Become an expert on Tilt and be able to masterfully articulate our vision and product to our partners.
  • Develop and nurture strong seller relationships to support the business through a consultative approach. Deeply understand sellers' business, seller growth opportunities, seller marketing, and exec-level coaching needed to help Tilt sellers achieve high growth goals.
  • Build a playbook of best practices and operational strategies to provide our sellers with the tools for success on Tilt.
  • Grow seller business through clear, data-driven POVs, and recommendations that align with overall business and company goals.
  • Manage a targeted book of business and develop a strategy for both short and long-term sustained success. Drive in-quarter business growth and product adoption.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across the organization to share insights and learnings from our sellers. Advocate for our sellers and their needs, clearly articulating business and revenue impact and needs to unlock growth.
  • Perform project management on initiatives across a variety of cross-functional team stakeholders and drive projects to successful outcomes.

Who You Are 📋

  • Partnership Management Skills: You have 4+ years of experience in a B2B client-facing role, ideally in growing and scaling the sales/account management/partnerships function within a high growth organization.
  • Fashion Liveselling Knowledge and Passion: You have a passion for live shopping and fashion trends.
  • Interpersonal skills: Exceptional ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, building strong functional relationships based on trust and respect.
  • Communication Skills: Persuasive ability to convey Tilt’s unique value to sellers as well as lead cross-functional teams and drive execution.
  • Organizational Skills: You have the organizational skills to plan and lead strategic initiatives and track targets efficiently.

Why Tilt 💫

  • You’ll be joining a mission-driven team backed by world-class investors (TechCrunch).
  • You’ll own meaningful systems from day one, with real scope and autonomy.
  • You’ll work alongside curious, kind, and wickedly smart teammates.
  • You’ll help redefine how millions of people shop online.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences, and we’re committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse workplace. If you don’t meet every single requirement in the job description, please don’t be put off from applying.
