About Tilt
Tilt's mission is simple: Make Commerce Alive. From static store website builders to impersonal marketplaces, today's ecosystem is aging fast. It was built for transactional experiences, not for the new generation of merchants who grow through attention, community and personality. In the UK alone, millions of shoppers, from sneakerheads and Y2K girlies to collectors and parents, have signed up to Tilt. Our platform has helped sellers go from zero to £1M+ in earnings, and hundreds more earn above the UK median income. And we are just getting started.

As a Content Creator, you will be the voice and face of Tilt, representing the brand across multiple platforms. You'll appear primarily in paid advertising campaigns, with opportunities to feature in organic content as needed. - Collaborating with the wider team to scale in-house ad production to 200-300 creatives per week
- Owning creative concepts from ideation through execution and delivery
- Appearing on camera across a variety of creative formats and scenarios
Who You Are
- Proven experience creating camera content, with strong on-screen delivery
- Ability to learn and clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value to an audience
- Willingness to understand performance data and translate insights into creative improvements
- Strong creative execution skills, including ideation, testing, and iteration of content concepts
- Awareness of current digital trends and the ability to adapt content to stay relevant
Who We're Looking For
- A confident, natural communicator who enjoys being on camera
- Social-first thinker with a strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and TikTok Live
- Someone genuinely interested in fashion, streetwear, vintage, or online shopping culture
- A collaborative, low ego problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, test and learn environments
- Willing and excited to travel across the UK to visit and work with our sellers
- A flexible, proactive team player with a jump in and make it happen attitude
