We're growing fast and hiring innovative problem solvers to build the future of shopping. Your Mission 🫵 As a Business Development Sales Representative , you will grow the menswear category. This role requires a strong sales background, expertise in fashion live selling, and a passion for fashion and live shopping. You’ll identify and onboard key sellers—from influencers to independent retailers—to ensure a successful platform launch. What You'll Do 👷 ♀️ On our Business Development team, you will focus on outbound prospecting and you'll spend a lot of time speaking with prospects . Your main responsibility will be lead generation and moving prospects through the funnel. Responsibilities (0-3 months) Become an expert on Tilt and be able to masterfully articulate our vision and product Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting Manage a high volume of outreach with a strategy for prioritization of your targets and time Create personalized and impactful messaging to successfully convert prospects Use Hubspot and other internal tools to properly track all activities and ensure data accuracy Requirements 📋 Sales Skills : Proven sales/business development success, ideally in fashion or e-commerce. Fashion Liveselling Knowledge : Familiar with live shopping and fashion trends. Passion for Fashion and Livestreaming : An eye for trends and enthusiasm for live-selling.
