About Tilt
We’re reinventing shopping for the 21st century—bringing joy, connection, and a splash of chaos back to e-commerce. Tilt is the UK’s biggest live shopping platform, and we’re just getting started. We raised an $18M Series A and are building a world-class team across ops, product, and finance.
Now we’re looking for a sharp, organised, and ambitious Finance Analyst to join our small but mighty finance team and help us scale our processes, visibility, and impact.
Your Mission
You’ll be the analytical muscle of the finance function—building tools, models, and dashboards that turn Tilt’s numbers into action. From revenue deep dives to budget performance, investor metrics to scenario planning, you’ll help elevate the visibility and sophistication of our financial operations.
You’ll work closely with our Finance Lead and collaborate across Data, Marketing, Ops, and Product. This is a rare opportunity to apply your analytical skills in a fast-paced environment with tangible commercial impact.
What You’ll Do
0–3 Months
-
Build foundational reporting on revenue, spend, margin, and contribution
-
Design and maintain dashboards to track financial KPIs across the business
-
Reconcile financial and operational data between systems (Shopify, Xero, banks, etc.)
-
Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour, and cohort trends
-
Support board and investor reporting with timely and accurate data
-
Assist with variance analysis and financial insight generation
3+ Months
-
Develop models for forecasting, scenario planning, and headcount planning
-
Lead financial deep dives across LTV, CAC, channel performance, and unit economics
-
Collaborate with engineering to improve data flows and reduce manual reporting
-
Build budget tracking and self-serve tooling for department leads
-
Automate recurring reporting workflows using SQL, Python, or BI tools
-
Champion data integrity and drive adoption of finance analytics across teams
What We’re Looking For
-
1–3 years of experience in a data, analytics, or finance-focused role (startup or high-growth background a plus)
-
Confident in SQL, spreadsheets, and turning raw data into usable insight
-
Familiarity with financial concepts—revenue recognition, margin, opex/capex
-
Exposure to tools like Xero, Airbank, Shopify, or equivalent platforms
-
Bonus: experience with forecasting models or financial scenario planning
-
Strong attention to detail, with a bias toward automation and clarity
-
Self-starter who’s excited by fast feedback loops and real commercial impact
Expected start date is August 15th or sooner
