Theyre now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team and lead the delivery of complex, high-impact transformation initiatives.

The Role
As Senior Project Manager, youll take ownership of significant transformation projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
Youll work across multiple functions and stakeholder groups, bringing structure, clarity and momentum to complex projects and ensuring they deliver meaningful business outcomes.
A big part of the role will also be about people. Were looking for someone who enjoys leading, developing and nurturing high-performing teams and who takes pride in creating an environment where people can do their best work.
What Youll Be Doing
?? Lead the delivery of complex, high-impact transformation initiatives from initiation through to completion.
?? Develop and maintain clear project plans, milestones, budgets, resources and delivery timelines.
?? Lead cross-functional project teams, creating clarity around objectives, responsibilities and priorities.
?? Manage multiple stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, engagement and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
?? Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and opportunities.
?? Work closely with technical teams on system implementations, integrations, migrations and other technology-led projects.
?? Manage delivery using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies depending on the needs of the project.
