Be part of a major business transformation. We're recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to join a Technology & Change team delivering a large-scale, multi-year transformation programme. This is an opportunity to work on projects that will modernise core business systems, improve operational processes and help shape the future of a nationwide organisation.

You'll work across a diverse portfolio of IT projects, partnering with stakeholders, developers, architects, QA and delivery teams to translate business needs into practical, high-quality technology solutions. The Role

As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering technology projects from initial concept through to implementation. Working across Agile, DevOps and Waterfall environments, you'll be responsible for understanding business challenges, defining requirements, supporting solution design and ensuring successful delivery.

This role offers broad exposure across software development, system configuration, reporting, data migration and business process improvement.
