Our client is a national organisation that has an excellent purpose within the social care/ health world. It is one that has historically grown through acquisition. As they enter a new phase of proactive growth, they are investing in building a sustainable, strategic sales and relationship management function.

Working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and CIO, they are looking to hire an experienced analyst, who has worked on both tech and operational processes, and someone who has experience with Sales transformation and CRM systems; essentially to unleash the art of the possible and support the selection and implementation of a new CRM system.

You will be an experienced Sales Transformation & CRM Analyst/ Implementation Lead and you will help define and embed a new way of working – with a strong focus on sales processes, CRM strategy, and change management.

The business is changing approach within their current growth phase, to become more structured and sales-led. The technology is required to underpin and drive the change, as well as support the bid team, and existing commercial strategy.

They require someone to:

  • Map and analyse existing sales and referral processes across their branch network
  • Define new ways of working that help win planned tenders and optimise reactive referrals their clients (local authorities and healthcare settings/ providers)
  • Support the selection and implementation of a CRM that is fit-for-purpose, scalable, and embraced by the organisation
  • Champion cultural change by helping embed a sales and commercial mindset across the business, from regional managers to branch staff

As part of this role you will:

  • Work closely with the CCO, CIO, and bid/commercial teams to define a blueprint for future sales operations
  • Lead process mapping and improvement activities for sales, tenders, and referrals
  • Provide critical input into the selection of a CRM system and help shape its successful rollout
  • Develop clear recommendations for contact and data management, ensuring the business can track and act on leads and referrals
  • Engage with regional and branch teams to understand current challenges and demonstrate the \’art of the possible\’
  • Drive change management activities, from training and stakeholder engagement to incentives and adoption strategies
  • Ensure CRM adoption and usage supports measurable commercial outcomes

You will:

  • Be a commercially astute analyst, project lead or transformation consultant with experience delivering sales process improvement and CRM implementations
  • Have a strong understanding of sales functions, especially in environments where formal sales structures are newly forming
  • Possess demonstrable experience in change and cultural transformation, particularly in organisations new to sales thinking
  • Have experience working closely with both IT and commercial stakeholders to shape and implement system and process change
  • Pride yourself on excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and bring people on a journey
  • Have previous experience working in or with distributed, service-based organisations ie. health care, housing, social care, public services or local authority.

This role outside of IR35 and is North West based, but a hybrid working model.

Rate c £500-600 per day
