The role is responsible for the ongoing management, optimisation, governance, reporting, training, and continuous improvement of Workday to ensure it supports business objectives and delivers an excellent employee and manager experience.The successful candidate will partner closely with HR, IT, and the Global HRIS team to ensure data integrity, process efficiency, compliance, and adoption of Workday across International operations. The role will act as the key subject matter expert for all Workday-related activities throughout the employee lifecycle. The International business currently operates across multiple countries and entities that utilise Workday for Human Capital Management and employee processes.
