Position Overview

The Inventory Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of inventory data at Tilray's U.

West Warehouse.

This position is responsible for performing daily physical inventory counts of all finished goods and materials, updating inventory live in

Obeer

—our brewery’s inventory and product movement system—and ensuring that data is always current and precise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily physical counts of all finished goods and materials across the warehouse floor.
  • Update inventory in Obeer in real-time to reflect accurate stock levels and product movement.
  • Manage variability in inventory, including tracking different pallet tags from multiple regional production locations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and streamline processes.
  • Train and coach forklift drivers on proper inventory check procedures and accurate product movement tracking.
  • Collaborate with logistics and planning departments to ensure inventory data supports shipping schedules and production forecasting.
  • Maintain forklift certification and assist with truck loading/unloading during high-volume periods or driver absences.
  • Uphold safety and quality standards in all warehouse operations.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience managing inventory in a warehouse or manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail; must be meticulous and highly organized.
  • Strong commitment to data accuracy and operational excellence.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify issues and solutions.
  • Forklift certification required.
  • Familiarity with inventory systems; experience with Obeer is a plus.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
