A leading organisation in the Tewkesbury area is looking for a number of Quality Engineers to join after huge contract wins. Suitable candidates must have Aerospace experience and hold British citizenship.
- Support the planning and delivery of quality activities across new product introduction (NPI) programmes.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Design, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality) to ensure products are introduced effectively into production.
- Investigate non-conformances and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities across manufacturing and assembly/test processes.
- Help ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
Experience in a quality, manufacturing, or engineering environment:
- Exposure to APQP, PPAP, or structured quality planning methods (experience can be developing), but a basic understanding is required.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments.
- Awareness of quality tools such as PFMEA, Control Plans, root cause analysis.
- Experience within aerospace or other regulated industries (e.g. automotive, medical).
- Knowledge of AS9100, IATF16949, or similar quality standards.
- Exposure to NPI or production support activities.
