A global engineering solutions provider are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Lead to join their team based in the West Midlands. The position is being offered as a hybrid role, with four days in the office and one day from home a week. In terms of match to the role, we are ideally looking for candidates with a background in: Leading Supply Chain team in site meetings such as SQDCL, SIOP, delivery meetings. Influencing key internal stakeholder relationships to drive delivery of the site Supply Chain objectives. Developing and managing effective supplier relationships with a select number of suppliers to achieve business requirements. Evaluating supplier performance, including the identification and mitigation of risk. Supporting and potentially leading supplier performance recovery & improvement activities.
