We are working with a leading organisation in Edinburgh that are looking or a Project Management Practice Lead to join the company at a time of transformation and change.
The Project Management Practice Lead (PMPL) is responsible for establishing and leading our clients
Project Management capability, ensuring the organisation delivers complex digital transformation
programmes consistently, predictably and profitably. The role provides strategic leadership across the
delivery portfolio, balancing client success, commercial performance, governance and organisational
capability
Reporting to the COO and working closely with the Executive Team, Sales, Technology and Business functions, the PMPL will establish a proportionate Project Management Office (PMO), strengthen delivery governance and create the operational foundations required to support our clients continued growth.
The PMPL is accountable for the effectiveness of the delivery system, ensuring the organisation has the governance, capability, visibility and leadership required to deliver successfully as our client scales.
