This is a rare opportunity to join at the start of something big. The excitement of a startup, with the security of a big, established company. We are helping a large UK-owned software group to build and scale a world-class, AI-first engineering organisation in Manchester. They have very ambitious plans and the budget to make it happen.
As one of the first hires in the newly established team, you will lead the creation and execution of the roadmap of your product with passion and ownership to deliver success for your customers. You will balance the strategic roadmap with the demands of legislation, innovation, customer requirements and technical focus to deliver amazing user experiences and delighted customers.
You’ll collaborate with your Engineering teams to develop best-practice solutions that satisfy your roadmap needs whilst allowing for close attention to architecture, security, scalability and code quality, as well as nurturing innovation and ideas. This role offers the chance to influence technology standards across multiple greenfield projects.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a Product Management role and experience as a Product Manager.
- Proven track record of executing and delivering product roadmaps.
- Experience in stakeholder management in a product environment.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to make the complex simple.
- SaaS and/or AI experience would be highly desirable.
