As one of the first hires, this role safeguards their production environment, drives continuous improvement across CI/CD and observability, and establishes reliability practices that empower autonomous squads to move quickly without compromising stability.
The Platform Manager is essential to maintaining customer trust, supporting AI-first innovation, and ensuring their platform remains robust, secure, and highly available at scale.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Engineering and Engineering Manager. This role offers the chance to influence technology standards across multiple greenfield projects.
