Tilo are currently supporting a market-leading SW services provider based in the heart of Edinburgh. They are looking for a brand-new Strategic Planning Manager role within the team. The position is being offered as hybrid (twice a week in the office).

As a business, they have secured some long term contracts and as such, are now looking to scale things up, especially over the next 6-12 months. The Strategic Planning Manager will play a key role in shaping the current resources within the services area and also the strategy around scaling the team. Ensuring that services and key projects are delivered on time whilst juggling other streams.

Whilst this is strategic, this is still very much a hands-on role across resource/demand planning. The planning function isn't fully established and the successful candidate will have a huge say on how it's structured and tools that can be used moving forwards.
